As a solo traveler in The Hague, finding a welcoming spot with fantastic food is key, and Ramsis Restaurant Steak House and Grill absolutely delivered! From the moment I stepped in, the owner's kindness and courtesy made me feel instantly comfortable dining alone. My waiter, Abo (Abraham), was a delight – attentive, happy, and providing excellent service. The appealing music created a lovely ambiance. But the real star was the food! Yesterday we ordered from Thuisbezorgd at 12.00 am when the restaurant was still open. They informed us that the order will be here in 1 hour. We were waiting the delivery more than two hours. We tried to contact the restaurant many times without any answer. This morning we received an update from the app that the order was delivered, while it was not. The restaurant was payed without bringing anything and without contacting us to let us know. I really have not seen any other behaviour at customers like this one.
