I found the young guy who is the manager there who I believe his name is Jay of what I could see on his name tag. Is absolutely rude and vulgar. They way he was rushing us to hurry and order losing his patience fast. And also seeing him talking to another younger crew member was unprofessional. We felt so sorry for the young crew member he was picking on and we could see he was doing it deliberately to this person. We ended up going elsewhere as this guy should not be in any means in charge of a team. Seems like the position of power has gotten to him. He needs to be demoted or even better fired. The food court is just too busy and noisy for me, but obviously it's the place to be as it is always busy. The noise levels are way over the top for my hearing, but there is heaps of variety of foods and great service. There definitely is plenty of choice in food types and ethnicities. The place as does the rest of this shopping complex needs a simple and not very expensive fix to its acoustic Insulation and sound absorption, which can so easily be overcome too lower the noise levels to an acceptable level, especially for staff who must be damaging their hearing work in this noisy...
