Pita Pit Manukau — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Pita Pit. The service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant not being busy. When I finally got my order, the pita was poorly wrapped and falling apart. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the portions were much smaller than expected for the price. To make matters worse, the staff/ owner of the shop seemed uninterested and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. Definitely not worth the money or time – I won’t be returning...

I recently visited Pita Pit in Manukau and was disappointed by the service. The server seemed indifferent and a bit unapproachable, which didn’t make for a welcoming experience. I ordered the falafel bowl, but the way it was prepared didn’t feel reliable or consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Pita Pit. It’s unfortunate, as the food here is usually great, but service matters too – I hope they can improve...

Very bad experience with service. The lady who is the owner of the franchise is so rude with a very bad attitude. Have been here twice but have had the same experience. She forces you to sit down when your pita is being made. Her quantities in the pita are also less as compared to other stores. Will never ever visit again. @pitapit management please do something with this as I am not the only one with a similar...
