Went there with my two grand children one was three the other was five. Paid for four as we were waiting for two of there older cousins to arrive. When there cousins arrived they went to the counter to get there socks from the male attendant. The male attendant was sizing them up when my five year old grandson wouldn't answer the attendant as he became shy. This attendant would not give him his socks until he answered him which in turn upset my grandson and he started playing up which eventually he started crying. The attendant wouldn't give him his socks which would of made a five year old feeling like he had done something wrong. The way the attendant handled the situation was appalling by belittling a little kid because he wouldn't tell him his name. This furiated me which in turn i left with my two dissapointed grand children getting a refund of entry but not the socks i paid for. Hopefully this does not happen again and you up skill your staff in how to manage these circumstances better. If this was done in front off a school group or his friends it would effect a kids confidence. We sent you an email to vent our concerns but have not had a reply, the incident happened over a week ago. Hopefully we will get a response this way, Very disgruntled...
Read moreThis is the worst trampoline park we have been to in Auckland. It is overcrowded, has no trampolines up walls and has limited control over who is jumping at one time (as all open spaces). There are coloured wrist bands but seemed to be way too many kids on at one time. There is no safety talk prior to going on and it's basically very disorganised! There is no separate spectator area and limited seating, I stood and watched for entire hour. We booked online and chose to come as they advertised zorb balls on their website however when we arrived and asked about these we were told 'they popped and we haven't replaced them'. We arrived early and kids wanted to play game table in reception area and it operates on coins. I didn't have change so asked to pay by card for coins to use and was told 'we don't give cash out'! Poorly run, lacks customer service and too overcrowded. Same price as competitor companies and they are sooo...
Read moreBooked the ‘large party room’ at Gravity Manukau for my daughters 10th birthday only to arrive and realise that it’s not an actual room, it’s a fenced off portion of the foyer- which meant no privacy from the other patrons that have to pass you in order to go jumping. Better photos online of the actual area we paid for would have been helpful. I felt sorry for the group that booked the ‘smaller party room’ which was a small enclave right by the front entrance and toilets. The teenage staff were friendly, although I did have to ask them to change the music given they were playing very inappropriate songs for a kids venue. Big positive that the staff cleans up after your booking. Overall not a bad experience, though many in our party did catch a nasty flu variant (not covid) from the numerous snotty kids running about, which rendered us all useless for a week. Always nice visiting South Auckland & coming home...
