TANK Manukau Mall - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

This will be an unpleasant review. I visited the Manukau Mall Tank late afternoon (27/11/22) at 4:55 pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and during that time, I sensed that other customers who had been served and been there before me looked unhappy as they should be. I was disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. Tell me why your customers are waiting more than 20 minutes while 5 of you were chatting, giggling and smirking at us like we are keeping you waiting—no sense of urgency and appalling customer service. After asking who was in charge, the guy with long dark blonde hair stood there, telling me he didn’t know who was in charge. After asking for a refund, they stood there stalling as if they weren’t aware of their own policies. Train your staff because the cheeky smirks and entitled behaviours aren’t it. Seriously, you need better management. All the staff look lost all the time and there no type of order. People just looking lost with their head cut off. I was waiting for my order (just 10 minutes ago) as usual which was exspected but when people that ordered after me began to get their orders I started to get annoyed. Finally after 10min of frustration I approach the counter to find that my drink had been sitting there the whole time. As it was a smoothly it had melted and it was coming out of the cup and down the sides. I little wipe down goes a far way. And instead of getting a “sorry” I got a “well I called your order out”. I got a guac greens salad here - it was so oily and the red onion wasn't washed, so it had this very strong and over powering flavour. Like eye watering kind. Not enjoyable. The real issue here is though there were 3 staff here, it still took 15min to prepare the salad. I have a receipt with 8:50pm on it; and I got the salad at 9:05pm. So I'm not exaggerating the time it took. The staff were so friendly and the food here looked great on the menu. I wish I could give it 5 starts, but after my experience, I cannot...
