Cafe Du Marche — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

One of the worst place i have ever seen as customer service and hygeine... staff was doing dishes and after get my order straight away start serving without wash his hand or using gloves. I used to go there every day at this place until i served very rudely by asian lady... worst part was boss even i explained him everything... as good listener or as good boss he should appogize but insted of poor level hygeine level n customer service by one of his staff n all... he claiming tht he got complaints against me... am i work there ? Demanding good hygeine or customer service is tht too much for them? there previous staff was so good... girls was very friendly n give best customer service but nt any more... I do nt recommend anyone this place where u cant get good hygenic food with good custlmer service. How u can enjoy ur food if somone very rude to you juz before ur lunch... even its spoiled ur rest of the day... They dnt even deserve one star as...

I got my pizza with the bottom burned. My friend got a roll with only a chunk of chicken sticking on the cut side. Well, we tried to feel pleased. Then, I went to the toilet located outside and found it locked with a note on the door to go to the counter for the key. I went back to the cafe but was told that someone inside the toilet had the key, and I had to waiting outside. (In fact, I found later that there are two toilets inside, yet only one person can use it each time due to the key control.) While waiting, a cafe person came twice to lecture me that the toilet was for customers only. The first time I just said OK. (I can read the note, though an Asian!) He came the second time to repeat his warning. The toilet is 10 steps away from the cafe entrance and he couldn't recognise his customer. For another thing, if an old woman is so desperate and thick-skinned enough to use their toilet but can't afford a cup of coffee, could they show a bit...

😍Thank you Claudia for the great customer care in hosting my brother, sister & I. This Cafe choice was not only convenient but such a great choice for after the hospital visit for my brother. My sister being a Baker herself absolutely loved the freshly made Date Scone, a beautiful tasting treat with soft texture & the melting butter just made this delightful complimented by a colourful fresh looking cabinet of salads, savouries and sweet treats definitely a must for anyone wanting a bit of class, comfort & ambience all in one stop.
