I'm sure you remember us. Unfortunately, we received 45$ coal, not burgers, today. Both of the burgers we ordered were completely burnt out. When we showed owner the bread, he said burgers are supposed to be grilled smoky like that and didn't apologize At All. So we just received a new batch of bare bread at our request. We both usually eat without complaints, it's our first time in our lives leaving a review like this, but it was honestly TOO bad to eat. You can't do business like this, sir. We had pretty low expectations going in as we were just wanting convenient burgers. We shouldn't have doubted them though because this food was fantastic! The flavors popped and were sooo good. The chicken was some of the juiciest we have had. While the service was a little slower, it wasn't excessive, and they were happy to give me some extra sauce for our fries. I thought the theme was cute, but my partner found the stools uncomfortable as the cushions weren't sitting right.
