Honestly the creme de La creme of shoe shops. I popped home from Sydney via Wellington where I’d looked everywhere I could for boots. Michaela (and Harmony) helped me find the elusive perfect winter boots and the customer service was chef’s kiss. Honest, super helpful and relaxed. I’m not even kidding when I say I’ve been looking for two winters. After looking so many other places I’ll just wait to come here next time I need some new shoes. They let me try on something like 10 pairs and I had a shortlist of four(!) The buyer at this store must be a literal angel with the best taste on the planet. No surprise it’s a unanimous 5 star store....

I have bought couple of pair of boots from Head over Heels this year. Firstly I couldn't find anything like my boots in any Christchurch shop. Then I went to Head over Heels website and I have found what I was looking for a long time, up fashion, comfortable and quality Vic Matiz boots. Couldn't be happier. I've ordered online but made an instore pickup. Store ladies are very friendly and so helpful. Second pair I've bought just recently and this is my best pair of boots ever. Thank you...

This is like being in a shoe mecca in Europe and I love every minute of it. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and will often have me try things that I havent seen the shelf appeal of; and then end up absolutely loving. Great marketing team!. Italian fix right here in ChCh and there isn't another store like it in NZ!! I have to try and curb my enthusiasm when each season commences for Halmanera, Elena Iachi, Vic Matie Laura Bellariva...
