Really disappointing. I ordered pizza for scheduled delivery on 20th December for an event and the pizza was nearly 2 hours late, I tried to call the store for an update but the person who answered didn’t seem to care and was quite rude, the driver tracker was going in circles, and when it finally got here the delivery person had no care in the world when I asked about my order. The pizza was shocking which I guess you expect for something 2 hours past the delivery time. I filled in my review online and never heard back I tried to call the store they didn’t answer and iv filled in the review with dominoes twice and still not heard back. I gave the benefit of the doubt that it could be Christmas and New years but it’s now been 3 weeks and we are into the new year and still nothing. Inconsistent quality of pizza. Sometimes it's really good and other times they will mix up the order and put the wrong toppings on. ALWAYS LATE! half an hour to an hour late and when you ring up to find out where your order is one time found out they hadn't even registered it from the online order system! Or they try and cancel it, not sure if everyone there understands English???? I wish this wasn't my closest pizza place and I could pick one of the other domino's. They never ever use the gps to track where they are and they never take a photo of your pizza on their tracker so all the things domino's markets that they do this store dosen't do. The food arrived 20 minutes late. Not only was the food cold, but the bacon & cheese "loaded" fries were literally just fries with a few pieces of bacon. It's extremely misleading for $13.50?? It's a rip-off. I could've bought two fries instead.

And to top it off, the "manager" Nabjot didn't handle our complaint well. I was ushered into getting off the phone call. His tone sounded smug, and he sounds like he's laughing at me. There is no way we are going to order from here again. Horrible service.
