KFC Riccarton Road — Restaurant in Christchurch

I know people have bad days and sometimes we project to others. Today I had the worst (don't know if there's another adjective to described the service! The guy apparently called MO took my drive in order. I got to the window and he gives me the efpos machine, leaves me with it for about 5 minutes so my arm is out of the window trying to hold the machine. He comes back and gives me 1 drink out of 2 that I had ordered. I ask him to please give me a cup holder which he dies but the lids on both drinks are not secure. I get L&P all over my skirt and I ask him what his problem us, he then tells me "his hands can't stretch that far" funny he should have just you'd ne to reverse and get a little bit nearer! NO! The next thing I see us my order being flanged at me. I go into tge main searing area and ask to speak to a manager, who cones out and is very unhelpful! I ask for his name, he says Li! Do you have a compliant process he says no! I walk out get home with no drinks, no apology! And worse case us they dud not give me the order I asked for but got charged for a snack box which has 3 wicked wings we had 2! I am so very disappointed with Riccarton KFC store! Worst service i have ever received from ANY fast food store. this is at Riccarton road kfc. I walked in waited in line was answered with a "what do you want" i was polite and said thankyou after ordering. At this stage i had to grab my own receipt and knew it was going to be terrible. I paid $5 for two extra pieces and was given a small piece and something resembling a wicked wing i went back into the store to ask for another piece as i felt absolutely ripped off in which i was told you always get a normal piece and a small piece when doing that deal. I proceeded to ask where that was stated and that i have never had that before in which i was told "Too bad that's what you're getting". i then put the malformed half chicken wing onto the table and told them to keep it. I was then told by the lady serving me that " if New Zealanders weren't so fussy maybe this country wouldn't be so terrible". Personally i think this country would be a lot better if people like this didn't live here. I'm sure the KFC brand doesn't endorse this and something needs to be done about this store. On google reviews the staff have had a history of being racist towards New Zealanders and i feel disgusted that this has gone on...

I'll set the scene for you all... It's a very dusty Sunday morning, very little memory of the night before. I awake with a thirst that only a zinger box could quench. I haul ass to KFC Riccarton Road, on my beyond empty tank of petrol, and excitedly place my order in store. I wait and wait. Stomach gurgling as I anticipate my dusty feed. After 25 minutes my lucky number 52 is finally called, my friend looks longingly at me wishing it was hers, as she had placed her order well before me. But lucky number 52 was not so lucky after all. I embark back home, waiting to dig in to my feed in the comfort of my couch. Alas! I take out my glorious zinger burger, only to find it was a puny snack burger!!! Disappointed but not discouraged, I reach in for my 2 wicked wings, but I look in, horrified to see that there was only 1. Talk about kicking a girl while she's down. I'm starting to lose hope. Thinking all could be saved with a chip dipped in gravy, my hand meets the bottom of the bag. Theres. No. Gravy. It was safe to say, this debacle was worse than my Sunday scaries.
