Fantastic service. Patient barman that waited while I mucked about making up my mind. Good simple food. Not too much to choose from which was great. Hubby had the steak and ale pie with seasonal veg. I had the rib eye with seasonal veg. The steak and pie were gorgeous but the veg! Hubby doesnt generally like veg but he just couldnt get enough. We were asked to scan the QR code and go to a table. A lady came to the table as we sat down introduced herself and asked what we would like to drink. We order and when two of the party finished their drinks she asked if they wanted another and they said yes and away she went and returned with the drinks. She remembered what they had ordered. We had the blue cod which was delicious, however being asked to give a credit card isn't something we are used to, or being told to pay as we ordered. I had booked for dinner.
