Customer Service was lovely, First time ever time going to a hotpot restaurant, Got the tomato base and a spicy base ( My Mum is not a big spicy person said it was the spiciest thing she ever ate, so definitely a big thumbs up for the people that love spicy food. Otherwise happy to stick with the other non spicy options ). Shiitake mushrooms were great and the bok choy along with the other toppings you can add. Ridiculous experience today with delivery ordered through Hungry Panda. First ordered from this restaurant 27.09.2024 and it was an amazing experience, therefore ordered again today. The same order delivered with roughly 1/2 (or even less) the portion received previously. Also, the additional order $2 NZD on cuttlefish and $10 NZD on sliced beef, there was only 2 pieces of cuttlefish with length shorter than thumb and roughly 10 slices of beef.
