Outstanding design advice and customer service from Rachel at Newmarket Nood. I went into store not knowing exactly what I was after and thanks to Rachel she put together a great combination of Chairs, tables, rugs, seats and other items that work very well. I left the store with exactly what I needed and had a great customer experience . Rachel was genuinely interested in helping me get exactly what I was after, without being pushy!! Very professional .

Whilst they have great products they are really lacking in customer service. Upon delivery I was hounded by the delivery company to deliver it in the morning even though I had requested it be delivered in the afternoon and when I reiterated that with them they told me I would be charged further. One of the zips broke on my cushion recently and I have had no response from the store almost 6 weeks later. Buy from here...

I recently purchased an awesome 3 piece couch form the store, I had a raft of questions for the sales crew, who guided me through the process so easily with their product knowledge.
