They need to clean more thoroughly and put cat safe scent covers (wall sprays, air fresheners, scented window stickers). Cats are animals with differing personalities so they will pee, fight, shed, sleep, hide or scratch - can’t help that too much but they could have a nicer environment. The toys are cheap, broken and unsafe for cats (loose feathers, plastic wings, etc.) and the bedding needs washing or to be replaced. I’m not sure how often they’re fed but they’re fed cheap wet food in small amounts and not every cat seems to want to eat or don’t look like they get enough whereas other cats are overweight looking. We were let in early and not told to leave since we accidentally stayed a few minutes past our time but the girl running it is not that friendly or needs to attend both customer service and cat care training - especially since it’s so overpriced. The drinks are okay but basic. There aren’t many places to sit and it’s not a good place for food (if they have any). Not a cozy vibe. A group of girls came in who were very loud and were not told to be quiet (one of the rules). The cats are cute but some are stressed, bored, scared or feisty. Some of the younger ones will play but it is difficult to get them to do so. Too many cats and visitors at once in...
Read moreSadly having to post an honest review here - The place was unbearably foul-smelling on the day we went. The place was not particular well maintained. For the price of 25 per person and 46 per couple, we only managed to stay for 10-15 minutes and that was a stretch, we left feeling gross and headachy. The place was not set up for the amount of people they accepted in and there were not many people (around 6-8?). There were one bar table and high chairs, some random chairs, a platform where cat chills in the middle, two small massage chairs on the side of the room. The set up was not for a sit-down-and-work situation or catch up with friends while cats are around you if that was what you'd expect for a cat cafe like we did. So I'm very confused why they have 4-hour or even 8-hour ticket options. For a place advertised cafe, fun, boardgames and entertainment alongside the cats, it would have been verging impossible to do any of those in the tiny space they had even without the malodour. We had two drinks there, they were not great either. We went on a Wednesday afternoon. The cats seemed fine, they didn't care - hence the positive two stars for...

You pay at the door and get one drink from the menu (they have milk teas, coffees, sodas and juices to choose from) which they bring to you once inside. I enjoyed my iced latte & my kid had the strawberry yoghurt drink.
You put on shoe covers, sanitise your hands and then are let in by staff. Staff are lovely, very caring and welcoming.
The cats are very well looked after and there are lots of cat toys to play with them and you can purchase a small bag of cat treats if you want. Saw a few cats escape into the staff room via cat door when they had enough socialising. :)
Some cats are a bit feisty (with each other) so if you have kids watch them very carefully but overall it was a very chill experience.
