If you call or email you get a prompt courteous reply from the Manager Ruben. Then I bought a show tried it looked good. But once I put my new orthosis in I could not even put my feet in to the shoe. Ruben was busy. So I was served by Elie. He knows his shoes. We tried different models, different sizes until we found the right shoe. Which actually was little cheaper which he refunded. The entire process took a very long time. Right through the process he was courteous & didn't hurry at all. After we choose the she he me to try the shoe by walking around a little. For shoe clinic it is all about the fit. This is first time I have been to Shoe Clinic. I will shop again & recommend my friends to go there. I have purchased same brand of shoes in others stores. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Today I visited with the intention of buying some new runners and I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I was helped by Reuben who has the most amazing customer service skills I have ever witnessed. He was calm, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and knew when to ask questions and what questions to ask. He made what could have been a painful experience an enjoyable and rewarding experience instead. The shoes I purchased fit perfectly and are so comfortable, I can't wait to head out and give them a go. I will definitely return when it's time for a new pair. I had my man Dylan at the NewMarket store. He was fantastic, he really took the time and asked questions before launching into the shoes. I have struggled with finding the right shoes and Dylan really made the difference with me walking out with confidence in the chosen shoes. We went through 3 pairs of shoes all with video recording to look at how it compares to my current shoes that have been supporting me. This helped my logical brain decide what was the best offering. The added fact your instore policy for 30 days returns even after running the shoes in is a MAJOR reason I came to the store.
