28.04.2024 Sunday afternoon around 2-2.30 pm, the girl who was working had a bad attitude. 🙃🙃🙃 She met my eyes twice and talked with another staff member, even though I tried to let her come to my side. I gave 2 shoes(one yellow and one pink) and the required size, and she said she would find them for me. At that time, I felt okay and fine, at least she could find them for me. Then we took a long time to wait. Finally, she brought a box back to me and told me she only found that one( she put the yellow one with the box), so I felt she gave me the right size of yellow shoes, and she told me she would try to find the pink one from the system. After that, when she talked with my friends, I found the shoes inside the box were blue, so I asked why she gave me the blue ones if I needed yellow. Her attitude was still like - yes, that's it. She said she would find the right one for my friend, but after that, she went to help another customer in the courter even though there was another staff who was still free. That's not the first time we went to Nike New Market, but that's the only time the staff made us feel they didn't care about us. And we realised that it was not her first time when I complained to my friends. We are so lucky we met another staff to help with the previous purchase, and that's why we chose back to New Market to purchase every time. I think she might never want to work; probably she is the manager or the manager's daughter who just comes to work for fun? The only one they had in the size M had visible zipper bite marks on the centre front zipper guard and they didn’t have any “brand new ones” at the back.
The female shop assistant who served me at the Newmarket told me that she will organise a new one to be sent out to my house.
I received the jacket today (the 5th of March) after chasing the order on the phone yesterday. When I called the Newmarket store, a guy picked up the phone. He said there is an EXACT size M jacket that can be sent to me from the NM store. I have kindly explained THE one at NEWMARKET has zipper bite HOLES on the c.front and I would like a BRAND NEW ONE from the other store (coz that’s what I got told by the girl on Saturday).
He was lovely on the phone. He said he will call me back after checking with the St luke store. He called back swiftly and told me the new one has been “shipped” from the St Luke Nike store.
The jacket I just received has the EXACT zipper marks on the center front!!!???? How dishonest is that?
They sent out the same one from the Newmarket store saying it’s a new one from the ST Lukes?
It was shipped without any plastic sleeves.
So angry and disappointed!!!!

The shoes were a total value of $320 but after a small mix up at the counter the boy accidently changed him twice so my partner ended up paying $640. That wasn't the problem everyone makes mistakes ! When we were leaving my partner asked if the transaction went through twice . Before the boy could answer a girl who worked there butted in and told us it wouldn't have gone through twice. She said it as if we were being inconvienent. Lucky my partner checked his transactions becuase it did go through twice. When we went back to get a refund for the second transaction we were dealing with the girl who was not only extremely rude to us but was also rude to the young man who served us. We were apauled that we didn't even get an apology for the accident. In fact my partner apologised several times becuase the girl dealing with us made him feel that it was our fault!
