Celine Mediterranean Cuisine — Restaurant in Waitematā

I dined in for dinner either my family at Celine’s while back in NZ for a short trip in April. The location is perfect within close proximity to the Auckland Skytower and downtown CBD with paid car parking directly opposite the restaurant.

We were 4 adults and we all ordered the steak dinner with eggs and chips with 4 canned drinks. Our steak was cooked well but not dry and everything on the plate tasted fresh and delicious.

It was our first time visiting Celine’s and the main reason we chose this venue as their menu is fully halal with many options to choose from.

The restaurant is small but had ample seated space downstairs including the upstairs mezzanine which I booked a table for 2 nights before. It was a Monday night that we ate here and it was relatively lively but not overly busy or crowded.

We enjoyed our dinner and experience and will definitely go back when we’re back...

We just stopped in this restaurant because we saw a tiny Brazilian flag attached to the name. We had an amazing meal at this place that left us feeling satiated and happy. The restaurant's special dish, "bife a cavalo", was a juicy steak topped with a fried egg was cooked to perfection and served with some lovely fries. Another highlight was the "bife acebolado", a beautifully flavoured steak with caramelized onions that simply melted in my mouth. Lastly, I decided to try out the "stroggnoff de carne", a beef stroganoff dish that was creamy, tangy, and full of bold flavors, which was perfectly balanced by the tender strips of beef. Overall, this meal was a treat to remember, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable Brazilian...

I visited Celine for the first time with a couple of friends, one who highly recommended the place, and what an incredible place. The moment I stepped foot inside this cute place I was greeted with a big smile and welcoming by the owner who is the loveliest man I've ever met. We came for shisha and dinner. The service is top notch and the food absolutely amazing, so tasty, well seasoned and a generous amount. I ordered the chicken Kebab meal and it was delicious and so affordable . I will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this hidden gem, the amazing atmosphere and just overall an excellent place with the best customer service and service...
