Awesome New Years (Tues/Wed). Started picking up after 1am. Way hot once it chocka block with people. Entertainment fantastic. Miss Ribena - shi the Queen knows how 2 work the crowds. Got told off by a guy who didn't want me 2 buy other bros drinks - except him LOL. Harmless guy though. Seccy ON POINT. If u behave.. U will have an awesome time. $12 most standard drinks - all goods. Awesome 2go if u new. Good people. Great atmosphere. Disgusting venue sinking ever more into decline. This bar hires security staff that fail to secure anything other than the stools they sit on as they watch members of the gay community to be abused, verbally and physically assaulted even within the venue itself

Operations Manager Grady Elliots only concern is the revenue provided by patrons and has no interest in creating a safe space where LGBT people have to be at as much risk if not more than out on the street

The physical assault on visiting a queer New York artist was handled with denial and indifference, regardless of the number of paying patrons who bore witness to violence perpetrated by people employed by this bar. Even after the assault the perpetrator was allowed to continue playing his set.

I just watched a member staff, supposedly the manager, assault a young man for attempting to enter the venue with a fake ID. While it is important to make sure underage patrons can't access adult venues, this is certainly not grounds to assault a minor. I confronted this person about his conduct and he, forcefully backed by his security, asserted that this is what you get for being racist. I was immediately behind this minor and heard absolutely nothing racist in their exchange. I encouraged the young man to alert the police. With none nearby and a visibly growing bruise on his face, he went to find his friends. This is truly deplorable and grossly illegal behaviour carried out with an air of impunity.
