Good quality Execution is ok - I had a falafel vegan pita - lacked depth of flavour and balance. All one note cumin - plus the tomato relish is WAY too sweet and heavy handed. The amazing thing about this place is the quality of the experience - I watched as the manager guided staff in maintaining consistency and quality in the product while themselves attending to service and cleanliness - amazing management!!! The experience is also built into the amenities… things often overlooked by rivals are so plentiful here and I appreciate it so much!!! Free water, as many napkins as you need (cause it’s a messy, hand held business), table service, pints on tap, real plants, bathrooms and sauces on the table. Really well run. Well no one seemed interested in checking our Vax passes even though we were clear about eating in. Nothing said to the parade of Uber drivers unmasked picking up orders either. The food was a mess and lamb was dry a dry a seemed to be mostly charred ends. My kid ordered a chicken shawarma and was served a burnt bun (partly cremated practically) with minimal chicken and a bunch of skanky looking lettuce soaked in sauce. No one offered to wipe down our table before we ate, so we did it ourselves. It took them the better part of 1/2 an hour to serve us after telling us it wasn't a very long wait. The bathroom didn't look like it had been attended to all day. Just gross. Gross food, gross surroundings and non service. Won't be back. If I could give it less than one...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Food was a complete waste of time and service is all over the place. Idm paying a premium price but when you serve bland, burnt, and crusty kebabs I just gotta write a review… Not too add salt to the wound but we were told our order would be ready in 25mins from online placement, then turned up and waited an additional 30 mins… 55minute wait all up from an online order 😳 Team looks like they’ve hired high-school students who are there on contract work or part-time no management in the kitchen and there were about 6-7 others who had been waiting there longer than me. If it wasnt for location you’d probably mistake this place for a pitapit. Shame on you.....
