Hey! I am yogost — Restaurant in Waitematā

The yogurt was very good but the staff was really rude, especially the Asian girl with black hair. We ordered 3 drinks but she thought it was 2 even if we said very clearly. After we told her she made a mistake, she rolled her eyes. It was very displeasing and after the drink was done, she didn’t bother calling us and I waited before deciding to pick it up by myself. She rolled her eyes at me again for doing that. The drink was worse that what I thought even if I buy the same drink from here often, I guess it was because she made it. The strawberry wasn’t blended out correctly and the mochi was al stuck to the bottom instead of little pieces that you can eat by drinking from the straw. The shop is good , but please change the staff, they really make a mess of things and I don’t want to come back...

The drinks here are well made - never have issue with the quality of drinks Service on the other hand is like a rollercoster

During the first few months when they first opened, staff were super slow it took 45-55 minutes to receive two drinks , even though they were not that busy At times staff were rude to me a few times. 13 June 2023 staff making drinks not according to orders. Approached the staff& she got rude

Since October 2023 they have different staff, great staff, friendly, fast& efficient. Making me feel happy to come back here instead of Queen st branch that’s too far from me. The store always look clean & peresentable , menu always displayed clearly & easy to understand 6/1/24 I was served by this friendly& helpful staff....

I ordered an original purple rice yoghurt drink with added cheese foam and it came with Oreo crust. I hate Oreos. And yes, I'm petty. (It took awhile cause it was pretty busy, so 3 stars. Probably just a small mistake, but still.😔) My first time to this yogost so idk if the Oreo crust comes with the cheese foam??? Kinda disappointed 😭

Edit: I just realised it's the cheese foam one that comes with Oreo??? But I ordered the purple rice yoghurt WITH cheese foam. Not cheese foam yoghurt. I ordered in Chinese so I don't want any type of 'miscommunication' type ahh. If I ask if you can speak Chinese better and you say yes, please don't mess up...
