NEVER had an experience like this before.. One of the most unprofessional venues, with aggressive and remorseless staff. AVOID this place if you are wanting a fun night out.

My partner was violently assaulted by the club’s bouncers while waiting outside with friends. He was struck in the head FROM BEHIND without provocation, knocked unconscious, concussed, and spent the night in hospital with stitches, scans, and dental/jaw injuries.

Simultaneously, his friend was punched in the throat, and my female friend was struck in the head while trying to record the incident on her phone.

3 of your CUSTOMERS who spent hard earned MONEY at this club were violently assaulted this night. What was supposed to be a fun night ended with 3 assault victims, money wasted on hospital visits, long-lasting injuries (concussion and recommended time off work due to the severity of the assault), and significant trauma for myself and the other witnesses, and of course for the victims.

The manager has not had any follow up with us and shockingly, when he was informed, he sent a photo of my injured partner to someone who replied “again” —suggesting this is a pattern of violence here. A quick look through other reviews shows this is not an isolated incident. HOW a business continues to run and hire violent staff when there are 13 Google Reviews that describe AGGRESSIVE bouncers is completely beyond me.

This was a completely UNPROVOKED attack, witnessed by multiple bystanders who confirmed it was “random” and “for no reason.”

This club has offered no follow up, acknowledgement, or support. This place is unsafe. Bouncers are meant to protect customers, not assault them. Do...

Extremely Disrespectful Experience, disappointing ending to our night. Saturday night 26/07.

We arrived at this establishment as a group hoping to finish off what had been a great night, but unfortunately, the experience at the entrance left a terrible impression. The bouncer on duty, particularly the individual of Asian descent, was unnecessarily rude, not only to our group but to others waiting in the queue as well.

While waiting in line, I politely asked about the entry criteria and expected wait time. Instead of receiving a simple answer, I was met with hostility. He dismissed my question entirely and responded with, “Why are you still talking?”—which was completely uncalled for.

There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. As a representative of a hospitality venue, professionalism and basic respect should be the minimum standard. If working in customer-facing roles isn't suitable, perhaps a different line of work would be better than using the role to exert unwarranted authority.

Many people, including us, left after this encounter. This place should seriously reconsider who they place at the front line of their business. A respectful attitude costs nothing, but it goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment, something this venue sorely lacked...

Last night my brother was violently assaulted by security staff at this club. He was hit in the back of the head, leaving him unconscious, and left with a head wound, gashed ear, split lip and eyebrow, and had to be kept in hospital due to the severity of his injuries. He was covered in blood and in extreme pain

Instead of keeping patrons safe, the bouncers acted with shocking aggression. The situation started when a friend, who is 32 and clearly nowhere near underage, simply showed a photo of his ID and passport on his phone. A bouncer responded by shoving him and punching him in the throat. Out of nowhere, another bouncer then attacked my brother, who had done absolutely nothing wrong.

When I tried to record what was happening, one of the bouncers snatched my phone in an attempt to delete the footage, and in the process I was also struck in the head.

To make matters worse, the manager came out, took a photo of my injured brother, and sent it to someone, who then replied “again.” This clearly shows that incidents like this have happened before.

We had no choice but to call the police, and they are now investigating. What should have been a fun night out turned into a frightening and...
