The ribs turned out really tender. It’s really easy to tear the meat from the rib. All other ingredients are delicious too. With cooking longer, the soup turned salty. I have to say if you are not "China-Chinese" you probably would get nervous when you try to dine in and order. Very authentic North East China restaurant it is, providing nothing but pure signature foods there.
