Grazie Ristorante and Bar — Restaurant in Wellington

We had breakfast and a few evening drinks while staying at the Hilton Doubletree.

Firstly headed to the bar for a drink before our dinner booking elsewhere. We were served relatively quickly however when we had finished our drinks we had to wait around 30 mins to be served again. The restaurant was near empty and they had 3 waiters on, all who walked past us multiple times.

The next day we had breakfast and the only decent thing was the convenience of not having to head out of the hotel. Everything else, from service to food was subpar at best. The eggs were clearly powdered eggs, and everything else lacked flavour and just appeared unappealing.

The female waitress who worked both the evening and morning we went looked miserable the whole time as did the other...

I am a regular traveler to Wellington and I stay at the Double Tree Hilton. It is a very comfortable hotel.

I have dined at Grazia on a number of occasions and each time I hope to receive better service. Unfortunately I am consistently disappointed.

The food is excellent. Hence I return.

However the service is in need a very significant attention. Wait staff are not attentive, ignore basic service requests and often the wine list is misleading or even out of stock.

And to have the breakfast set up occurring whilst patrons are still dining is far from a great experience.

Service is so simple to get right - please look to improve this element and you will have far...

Came here tonight with my husband and truly, we’re pleased we did. The service, is amazing…the staff and the hospitality they provide is warming and feels genuine.

The food was unreal. The flavours were so good and the cannoli was our fave, we could have ordered 2-3 more plates of these as it was the best I’ve ever had and being part Italian, that says a lot!

Tara, RC and Inder were fantastic in making sure we always had everything that we needed. Loved hearing Inder use to come here as a customer and now working there as a DM.
