Read moreHorrible service and way below average food. I ordered a steak and cheese pie and got a soggy microwave heated pie. I returned to the counter to ask if they could put back in the oven for a bit and the lady said No. I was a bit chocked and thought she did not understood me. When I repeated and explained her why, she only said “we do not hear pie in the oven”. I was like, I understand, but could you re hear this one please? She then said No again and turned her back. I was super embarrassed and confused with her lack of customer service and welington to help. The restaurant wa snot even half full. I quietly sit and had the pie, but it was so under seasoned and had a raw bottom pastry accompanied with a old witted salad with some bitter dressing that I left all the food at the plate and left. Read moreLovely, roomy cafe on the 2nd level on Capital on Quay. My partner and I visit it every time we come to Wellington. Their coffees are absolutely divine, really living up to the coffee culture experience that you expected when visiting Welly. We were recommended the Sticky Piggy Burger and the Meat Lover Burger for lunch, which tasted excellent. Almost like a bao bun filling but in burger form. Would 100% recommend.
