Just had breakfast here this morning. Good food, service and price - pit about no hash browns! The service was great - as soon as we entered the area, the staff (and presumably the manager) gave us a very warm welcome. The prices looked reasonable for a breakfast cafe. My wife and I both ordered scrambled eggs on toast. The food came fairly promptly. The bread was absolutely perfect. The cheap cafes do cheap toast, the fancy ones do ciabatta that is sometimes very very tough/hard/crunchy, but the bread here was absolutely perfect. The bacon was not streaky, it was shoulder/middle bacon. I liked that it was not over cooked and became tough like leather. It as still juicy. To our surprise they did not do hash browns! Which is a real shame. Coffee was good. The banana/blueberry smoothie was ok, but tasted quite watery. At least we know it wasn’t drowned in sugar! Not sure if I would buy it next time. Overall it was nice, nothing fancy, but they served us well and the main scrambled eggs on toast was great too.

I recently visited Relish for Food Café, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cozy ambiance instantly made me feel welcomed, and the staff was warm and attentive. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, each prepared with care and attention to detail. I tried the bake toast , which was simply outstanding – bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The coffee here is equally impressive, with a rich and aromatic blend that kept me coming back for more. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or a leisurely meal, Relish for Food Café is the perfect spot. The service is top-notch, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great café experience!

Their catering is unfortunately not up to the standard of the previous owners. Be aware that the food photos on their website are fake AI-generated pictures and you will NOT be getting what's advertised. I understand using a stock image, but the cheese platter we received did not match the text description either and was definitely not worth $70. The other platters we ordered were ok.

Called in for the first time to get some hot food late on a cold lunchtime. It was about quarter to two, long after the lunch rush - there was only one other customer there and the staff were clearing up. Ordered a toasted ham, cheese and mushroom sandwich. Sat down and waited. And waited and waited. Meanwhile the staff were still clearing up. After a quarter hour, and one enquiry from me about progress with my food, I was eventually served a sandwich. Ham, cheese and pineapple. Not bad as toasted sandwiches go, except that I don’t like pineapple, which is why I’d ordered mushroom in the first place. Didn’t have time to wait another quarter hour so ate it anyway. Lessons learned… Don’t eat here if you’re in a hurry. Don’t eat here if you expect the staff to prioritise preparing your food over clearing up. Don’t eat here if it’s important you get the food you ordered. Maybe just...

I always enjoy my visits here, it’s my 4th or 5th visit in this cafe but I must say there's something for every craving. The coffee selection is great, with everything from Chai Lattes to Iced Mochas, perfect for any time of day. For a quick bite, the Ham, Cheese & Tomato Croissant hits the spot, while the Rice Paper Rolls are fresh and packed with flavor, whether you go for Chicken, Vegan, or Prawn. And the have the best omelette and salads in the town. If you're looking for something more filling, the Big Breakfast is hard to beat, and the Beef Massaman Curry offers a delicious, comforting option. I can never resist the Carrot Cake or Chocolate Mud Cake for dessert—both are indulgent and perfect to end your meal on a sweet note. It’s a welcoming cafe with a well-rounded menu, ideal for...
