Helpful and cordial staff. Friendly, amiable and quick service. The yum beverages and edibles can be enjoyed at this cafe although there is limited choice for vegans and vegetarians. Liked the variety and relatively expanded selection of beverages. Good presentation. Table service. Card as well as cash payments are accepted. Paywave facility is not available at this location. Good for groups, celebrations and catch-ups. A very handy location for a quick chat. Normally busy during peak hours and closes down early in the evening. Also closed over the weekends. Good for quick visits. Outdoor seating is not available. Could not notice wheelchair accessible or high chair seating in plain view at this location. Read moreMOGO was a no go. We made our coffee order at 1134. At 1145 my husband spoke to the waitress about being in a bit of a hurry as we were catching the 12pm ferry. At 1150 I asked again about the coffee order and was told it was coming. I asked him when that would be in minutes. I was told he was pouring but didn't give an actual time. At 1155 we left without coffee. I don't believe that expecting the order to be done within 21 minutes is an over reach. What made the experience worse was for that 21 minutes being subjected to witnessing this lecherous creep "training a lovely young lady in barista" Training staff is a fundamental in business but neither the new staff member or us received any good MOJO from the lecherous...
Read moreOne of your female staff members, whose name unfortunately I did not catch, exhibited rude and abrupt behaviour during our visit this afternoon around lunch time. This not only negatively impacted our mood but also deterred us from placing an order. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least. I strongly suggest that the staff member in question undergoes customer service training to ensure a more positive and welcoming experience for your customers.
A pleasant gentleman was on a coffee machine who smiled and greeted us on arrival.
