The food was good but the service was terrible and the the atmosphere. I went to use the toilets but could as both cubicles were splattered with feacle matter and were filthy. The other issue I had was with the very bizarre booking system, I booked online for high tea and paid the full amount online I then was told I had to pay again on the day as the money they took from my account was only on hold so at this time I had two payment for the same high tra taken out of my account over 300 dollars I then had to wait 5 days to get the original payment back never had such...

We went here for my 60th today and didn't stop smiling. We were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after the whole time at level 2. The service and food was topnotch. The food and decor here much better than the photos on the website. We were also offered cute little carton carrybags to take the darling little cakes of food we couldn't finish home. Thank you for a truly memorable experience for my daughter, myself and our guests. We chose to celebrate her 21st with a high tea and you surpassed our expectations. The service, ambience and food were all top notch made all the more fun by our waiter Ryan. We would thoroughly recommend this experience to all. Price wise it was superb value for money too.
