Des commerciaux égoïstes. Se trompe sur ce qu'il présente: un caramel Frappe n'est pas un Frappucino au caramel. Un frappe vanille il n'y a pas de café par exemple. Pas de courtoisie pour un commerce de glace et de bonbon qui devrait être joyeux, amical et courtois. Pense que à l'argent et ne font même pas l'effort de penser aux clients. Franchement changer une boule de glace que tu vends 5 dollars quand tu fais en grosse quantité. Des tas de magasin de glace en Nz , en Australie ou partout dans le monde le feront ça s'appelle la bienveillance. De plus qu'en ayant travailler dans l'hospitalité les allergies ça peut faire des dégâts. Donc changez vos noms de glace et soyez plus précis vous aurez moins...
