Mr. Panther Lagos — Restaurant in Lagos State

Very nice establishment the decor is pretty nice and high end depending on the context. I came in a bit early wasn’t aware that you needed reservations which is fine. They allowed me to sit at the bar and I stayed for the Lounge session /party whatever you want to call it, I ordered there chicken appetizer which was a 6 out of 10 not much of fine dining quality but it’s fine since the place is more for ambience . Bartenders were really sweet and they catered by making a custom mocktail which was nice. The reason why I deducted stars because I ended the night with smoke filled lungs because there were cigarettes that were coming out like crazy and in similar establishments in the area there are dedicated smoking sections., there was literally a guy blowing his cigarette smoke in my face standing right next to me with no problem. I got up and left when I left the hostess. Asked me if I had a good night and I told her not really because I did not enjoy smoke being blown in my face. She responded by saying “ well why didn’t you say anything we could’ve moved you “ Thank you And then told her that I don’t think it’s anything that I need to speak up about because if you’re trying to have a high-end establishment you should already have a smoking and non-smoking section. She of course gaslighted me and said well smoking is allowed here …her attitude alone is enough for me to not frequent this...

Asides the unorganized service,The stereotype at this place is crazy!!! I made a call via their call line to make a reservation for myself and 2 of my friends,a lady picked and explicitly told me that we should just walk in as they don’t take reservations by past 1am. We just to the entrance and the door man asks if we have a reservation. We let him know that we were informed that we could just walk in, mind you this was minutes to 2am on a Thursday. He then proceeds to say the lady needs to be whipped, and then says he cannot let us in. But right in our presence people with no reservations were let in!!! And it’s not like we wouldn’t have made a reservation if their damn team had told us to. We even asked to sit at the lobby whilst we get a cab, they shut the door, and wouldn’t even let us sit at the lobby to get a cab. But white people weren’t questioned upon entrance. Called the number that said we could walk in and she said the same thing over the phone. Never felt so embarrassed. Terrible service, I pray nobody gets to experience...

I'm still grinning from ear to ear after an incredible night at Mr panther Lagos.My son treated me to dinner before the nightlife kicked in, and I was thoroughly impressed.

The ambiance was sophisticated and electric, with lighting that set the tone for a fantastic evening. But what truly stood out was the exceptional level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Our waiter, PROMISE was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like royalty! The food was scrumptious(the salmon for starters), and the music was expertly curated to keep the energy high. I was amazed by how seamlessly the club transitioned from dinner to nightlife mode.

The entire team at MR PANTHER deserves a standing ovation for creating a world-class entertainment destination in Lagos.

I'm so grateful to have shared this experience with my son, and I highly recommend MR PANTHER to anyone looking for a memorable night out! If Wednesday night was like this I wonder how weekend would look like.
