Three Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Centar

Foreign citizen made a reservation table for two - birthday dinner on 09.10.2023. "Appointment for birthday surprise dinner, but all went wrong. First of all, the staff were so uninterested to prepare a table for two, they had no idea about reservation that was made day before, left us to wait no matter that the place was empty, so rude, unpolite and awful behaving! When we finally got the table, the guy came with the birthday cake that he put on the table without candles, nothing. We didn't even order drinks or dinner, he put the cake as that! He ruined all the plan. We were so disappointed and from this place nothing left except the name. We didn't take the cake with us, we just hurry to go out of that horror! And as the biggest disappointment is the manager there is one girl that acts like she hates her job more than anything! Big dislike for all the staff! Please avoid this place if you don't want to experience something like this for your own money, special day and pleasure!" The food portions were minimal, both the pasta and the bruschetta, with prices that were far too high. The food itself was decent at best. The service was poor, both during the day at the restaurant and in the evening during the party. The waiter forgot part of our order and then brought the wrong dish, despite the fact that the place was empty at 3 PM.

On a regular Wednesday evening, we wanted to grab a drink while a DJ set was playing inside. At the entrance, they looked us up and down and refused to let us in, claiming it was full. Five minutes later, we contacted someone who worked inside, and suddenly, we were allowed in without any issues. Once inside, the place was relatively empty, with most of the crowd consisting of 50+ year-old men looking for young, easy girls. The atmosphere was rather disgusting.

Not recommended for tourists—but honestly, not...

One place from a chain of “urban” places in skopje where you have to know the manager to enter the place, a garden that looks worse than the garden i have at home. You enter an empty bar, one of the girls who “manages” reservations looks at you and turns away as if you are not there, the other one looks at you from head to toe and if you are enough unclothed or with marked wardrobe they will let you in, but if you are normal, nicely and decently dressed girl, they will tell you there is no free table besides the fact that their bar is empty. I have been to many luxurious places around the world and I have never seen more rude and materialistic people who threaten you with disrespect! But it’s really hard to get into an avarage three bar and kitchen.....
