Only 2 ppl working restaurant busy, asked for drink, the waiter did nor bring ... asked for bill came price for wine and big portion carbonara, I said it wrong and they told me that I should realise that the pasta was a big portion and complained about it 😳 how? If I never have been there, how should i supposeto know what is big or not?! The guy said that the girl close by to me had a small portion and if I just look around I could realise that my portion was big and complain before to start to eat ... Jesus i juat realise it was big because of the bill ... PLUSSSS if my drink did not come I should asked again 🤔 well, really appropriate answers...

I'm a solo traveller from Australia. I was seated promptly then pushed to order within a minute of sitting down. I asked for a glass of wine while I had a quick look at the menu. I selected a pasta dish - expecting to receive the meal within a reasonable time. After 35 minutes I inquired as to when I would receive my meal and was told "straight away ". After a further 10 minutes - no meal in sight I walked to the counter, told them I had not received my meal despite asking and being told it was coming. Puzzled looks. I walked out. Hello. I wanted to share my thoughts about this restaurant. Yesterday the three of us wanted to have a meal, but unfortunately it was not possible. We approached the entrance and saw that there were many free tables in the hall, we were happy. On the carpet it was written, wait, so we did.
