Not for the right reason, but we came in here twice. The first time We had to wait so long at the door as there was no one attending to us, so we left. We came back again trying to get dinner and we were brought to our table, again we had to wait so long for them to come take our order, so we decided to leave!! As we walked out, the waitress didn’t seem bothered on why we were leaving, and when we passed the outside window, another waitress was knitting or something! Horrible experience!!

$134 pizza buffet is a fair deal. If you can eat 4pieces of pizza you pretty much eat back the value you paid. Pizza is freshly baked, the server keeps making new ones and there are a range of flavours to choose from. There'll be something for everyone. It's very cosy in here and best this place opens till quite late. Not sure if the Peppes Pizza across the road also serve buffets or if this is the only branch that does it. But it's more than a reasonable meal with good pizzas

The worst experience ever. Zero service! First time in oslo we tried to eat something when we went in the store we were waiting for someone to appear to show us where we have to seat because we were with 2 kids 2 strollers so no one appear to tell us how to arrange our staff. In the end we took a seat and we start to take a look in the menu to order food, in that time two waitress appear and they ask us “who give a permission to be seated here” after a long talk with them they didn't want to take order. So the way of communication cold and no profesional. When we entered the resturant, it took a long time to get noticed. The staff actually ran back and fourth beside us but they didnt even say hello, wait, or anything. When placed it took them solid 30 min to take our order. She was super stressed out and nearly didnt even have timr with us. Didnt ask the size of the pizza or anything.

We saw that the very same thing happened to a lot of customers. 2 girls took their own initative and placed themself by a table. After a while (still not noticed by staff) they went and grabbed the menu from the staffs counter.

Seriously, why are they so short of staff? Lack of experience? Somethings seriously wrong here. Someone above their paygrade...

Don't go here. The service was not good. We arrived and asked for a table for 8. The lady just pointed at a table and said "go". The waitresses / waiter were not helpful. We ordered a Thai chicken pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. It had such a horrible smell making it impossible to eat. We asked for a refund and they refused. They finally agreed to a 50% refund but I had to fight for that. Ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. We also ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was soggy. Also who puts avocado on pizza? Claiming to be American style pizza! I can assure you, it's not. Don't waste...
