O'Learys Oslo Vika — Restaurant in Oslo

After dining at O'Learys in Oslo Vika, unfortunately, we weren't impressed by either the food or the atmosphere. Previously, we had the pleasure of dining at O'Learys in Kolboton, which left a lasting impression with its exceptional food and ambiance. However, this time, the burger at Oslo Vika turned out to be rather ordinary. Nevertheless, the service was commendable, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. Although the atmosphere didn't quite match the charm of Kolboton, we always appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff. I hope the restaurant will continue striving to maintain the exceptional quality that captivated us...

The manager here is extremely unpleasant. A band was booked to play here and they hung a Palestinian flag, which the manager had them take down immediately, citing policy against "political" content. It is disgraceful for a bar that appropriates Irish identity to be this spineless on the most pressing issue of the day.

Throughout the night, we saw him acting unpleasantly towards staff. Clearly this was not very effective, since there was no soap in the dispensers for the 4+ hours we were here.

Otherwise, it's your typical O'Leary's: overpriced beer and substandard food as usual. Avoid...

The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the burgers which were perfectly cooked. The drinks menu was diverse, with a variety of craft cocktails and local brews to choose from. Whether you're looking for a casual night out or a special occasion spot, O'Leary's Vika is a fantastic choice....
