The modern pizza was largely very good...I'm sure Italians would be offended by it, but the flavours were interesting and unique and the dough itself is delicious. So I enjoyed it, but wouldn't want it every day. However, the tasting menu doesn't make sense to me. You could order 8 of the modern pizzas for the table and it would be considerably cheaper. I will say that the included dessert was very tasty, but does not warrant, in my opinion, the extra cost. I don't like feel like I'm being scammed so this left a sour taste. Getting a reservation was hard so we were super excited that we could get in. I am a vegetarian and they did not have two of the four veggie options on the menu - which was a bummer! I ended up with the pizza in the picture - the bread was outstanding but the taste of the pizza was OK!
