I never gave bad reviews to any place but let me share my experience with the staff here. My parents came from out of city, I chose this restaurant because it’s quiet as compared to others and is not so very rushy. Staff were extremely rude especially the serving girl. The way they served the food on table was pathetic. My parents are humble but I’m not. I know how they are supposed to serve. They don’t have receipts system. People keep receipts for their records. I wasn’t aware that they only take Cash payments. This is 2024 no one carries cash, card is everywhere. Anyways I was being nice and asked i lack 1k so can i transfer and i can pay rest of it in cash, their staff was so rude like jesy me keh rhi hu mene pay hi ni krna. Koi tameez koi lehaz hoti hai. Aik insan apny maa baap k sath aya h tum logon ko zara sharam ni h maa baap k samny badtmzi kr rhy ho. Mene pay krna tha wo mery guest thy. In k ghatiya staff ki waja sy wo pyara din barbad hua. I recommend not going there because in k staff k personal issues khatam ni hoty jo ye customers ki presence me cheikh cheikh kar discuss kr rhy hoty hain. Even bola k bhae manager kahan h she said yahan koi manager ni h. Bat h koi bhala manny wali?? Isi waja sy chalta ni h inka restaurant. Apna staff theak karen. 4/5 for the cook. 1/5 for staff. The food taste was ok, but it was a bit pricey.

But the female manager needed to learn some customer dealing. She was extremely rude and unprofessionally with us and other customers, too. Some of her few interactions are stated here: Upon asking why food was late, she said, " Customers chahty hn ghr sy niklo to khana ajae" When we asked for some extra naan, naan arrived late and then she said " agya na apka naan ab kha ln" Then, finally, when we asked for the bill, " she asked us to leave the table and stand on the side. we waited for 30 minutes, and she rudely stared at us and handed over the bill like jesay ehsaan kia ho.

I would never come back here again and will never recommend it to...

Visited on 3rd Sep. Food was average. The staff was unprofessional. I had a guest with me. Restaurant was empty although it was Friday night but we still thought they will have some standard considering the location. Mutton karahi had literally no gravy, some bones and some charbi. I have had it from peshawar too where there is no gravy but it is still full of flavor. We still gave them a chance and requested the staff to get us more gravy. We called them again 15 mins later and they said their chef says this is what it is. If your chefs have no regard for your customers then they shouldn't be working in hospitality and restaurant business. I hope the owner takes notice. Not...
