Buenazo Peruvian Cuisine — Restaurant in Distrito de Cusco

We recently discovered Buenazo while searching for an affordable restaurant, and I must say, it deserves more recognition. The reviews were already promising, but after experiencing it firsthand, I can confidently say it's a hidden gem. The presentation of the food and the service were excellent, and the first bite of my meal (costiyaki) absolutely blew me away – it was delicious!

The variety of food they offer is impressive, with options that range from authentic Peruvian dishes to fusion, which blends Peruvian and Japanese flavors – a popular style in Peru.

As a traveler to Cusco, I was totally happy with my meal here. Great flavors and value. We walked down the street and stopped to look at the menu and saw 2 things we hadn't tried yet...the beef heart on a stick and the fusion cuisine. Sadly, the fusion was a let down. Not enough meats or sauce. It had a good stir fry flavor but missed the mark. However our app of tostones with avocado and the other main of beef heart were so delicious. I been in many restaurants arround the world few was good amd great but the experience here was the best, from the first step at the restaurant until we leave, staff was incredible nice and knowledgeable about the food and cuzco so they answer all questions we have and took a nice pictures, I will highly recommended to everyone stop by here, first time try Alpaca lomo al vino, the meet was soft delicious, artesanal beer, and the place with wall rocks , Mary and Samir always making sure if we need anything also.
