Be really careful of your belongings at this inn. One of the staff who helps serve breakfast, takes note of who is down for the meal and sneaks up to the room to pilfer. One of my group found nearly USD500 missing and I personally had the unpleasant experience of the staff concerned letting himself into my room while I was in the toilet just after breakfast. Another of my group saw him going into another of our rooms. Shockingly, the owner of the hotel preferred to believe the staff rather than the eye-witness accounts of 3 of us. To add to our woes, the first morning they ran out of water and several of us were stranded half soapy and cold for a good 20mins or so before the water supply was reconnected. The breakfast service is disorganised as the food is prepared on an upper floor and brought down which led to cold eggs and toast etc. We would have changed hotels after the first night but for a group of 10, it was not possible to get so many rooms at the...

The rooms were clean and met our needs. Because we were a group on the same schedule, we did run out of hot water showers, but off schedule we were fine. It was a little noisy at night, but we were there over weekend nights. The included breakfast was good. The best part of our stay, however, was Harold, the manager, and the staff. He was able to arrange for a private dinner prepared by a local chef, served upstairs in the dining room. He also was able to arrange a Sacred Valley tour for the group on short notice. Harold made himself available to answer all of our questions and give suggestions to meet our needs. He made our...
Read more--Read the reviews about noise in hallway and street.-- Overall pretty good, I'd honestly give at least a 3.5 but not possible so no 4 either and I would definitely stay there again if I could chose specific rooms. Rooms and installations are decent, staff friendly and helpful, wifi worked for me to have video calls for work, breakfast is American style buffet, the only thing is unless you're on the 3rd floor NOT facing the road, you'll hear noise from people opening and closing the heavy wood doors at all hours as tours can leave at 3 or 3:30 am and others can come in from nightlife any time...
