Came here around 8:30 and a large party had come in a bit before so the server let us know the food would take a while to come out (30 min). Maybe an hour later, no snacks while waiting like others described (perhaps they ran out :-(), 2 large bottles of cusqueña in, several rounds of a card game, and the sandwich finally arrived! We ordered the ‘tostado’. The tomato was a honeyed (?) concoction, which balanced out the bitter of the arugula and added a fresh bite to the gracious amount of melted cheese. The focaccia was fluffy but had a nice density to it. Forgot to take a picture because I scarfed it down so fast. Music playing was a great mix - mostly 80s/inspired tracks - and the person who served us (co-owner) was super friendly! Recommend you go maybe earlier unless you’re not too hungry and are there for a drink and a small bite. All in all, nice...

A well made, generously filled focaccia with quality (and fresh) ingredients will make you want to go back to experiment the different flavours. We asked for two pisco punch's which were also generous and pretty good...to be honest some of the best I had around Cusco.
The place is really small, only a handful of tables and they also have a menu of pizzas which I'm definitely trying.

When I arrived there were just a couple people inside and there was a performer playing classical guitar. After he was done playing I struck up conversation with the owners, Marco and Eithel, both of whom were very friendly and kind.
At one point Marco left to go retrieve his coat he lent to a tourist suffering from altitude sickness. He returned with his coat out of breath from the long walk. He did this for free out of kindness.
I felt like family there.
