I stumbled upon Espresso 18 when strolling through San Blas - and am glad I did!
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The views out the bench counter window at the back of the cafe captured a mix of nearby local life, and in the distance the rooftops of Cusco, reaching out and up into the hills.
The coffee was good. Time was taken to prepare and extract it, and my espresso was spot on.
My one regret is that I didn't buy a sweet treat - but I'm not too worried - I'll visit again before I return home.

Unfortunately, their neighbour plays VERY loud music - mostly rave/tech type music. The first time I was there, I couldn't hear my friend over the music. I thought it was a one off, however I went back two more times and the loud rave music was drowning out the cafe both times.
I do hope they are able to talk with the neighbours and sort this out as I would opt for another cafe over this one due to this music. It really does ruin the calm,...
