Not usually one to leave negative reviews — but this needs to be said.
I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses and rarely leave critical feedback. However, I felt compelled to speak up about the disappointing experience I had here.
The café has a very unclear and frankly unreasonable internet usage policy. We’ve visited this place a couple of times before and were able to use the Wi-Fi for extended periods without issue. Today, though, in a nearly empty restaurant, we were suddenly told there’s a 30-minute Wi-Fi limit.
The problem isn’t just the policy, it’s how inconsistently it’s applied and how poorly it’s enforced. There's no system in place to monitor when someone connects or how long they’ve been online, so it's unclear how they plan to regulate it fairly. When we mentioned this, there was no flexibility or courtesy offered, even though we only intended to sit for about an hour.
This experience unfortunately speaks volumes about their customer service mindset. Rather than fostering loyalty or extending a basic courtesy, especially in a quiet, low-traffic moment, they opted for rigid enforcement of an untrackable rule.
A good café experience is as much about how you’re treated as it is about the food or coffee. Sadly, this place missed...
Read moreAfter trying 3 different coffee shop's I've finally found 1 that is really good, I mainly use this place to edit my wildlife photos but have not used the wifi yet.
The coffee is really good here, I found nothing wrong with the sandwich or desserts here (chocolate cake) and plays decent music.
staff are very friendly, welcoming, always happy and know English. Their is a old man who does come in and ask for money which I'm having to give 1 sol, locals give the same and on my first day the staff did give him some food.
Just looking at the recent negative reviews: For the price you pay for a waffle is cheap as hell so there is no need to moan about how much they put on and if your that bothered ask for some more and pay a bit more. s.18 = £3.21 & €3.21.
Using a Laptop there is a sign which I only notice on my second day to speak to the staff on the rules, the rules are the same back home, so have the common courtesy to pay for the time you spend there and if your...
Read moreI was looking for a good coffee in the area...found Dwasi coffee... and took a chance. It took them 10 minutes to serve me, and the place was empty. I wanted an American breakfast and I asked the guy who didn't care if he charged me extra to bring me a latte instead of an Americano, he was confused and told me it couldn't be done. Some customers arrived after taking my order, and the food came out before my coffee. It's 11:46, and I still don't have my coffee. Finally my good arrival at 11:48. The coffee taste burns... but the waffle with nutella, banana, and strawberry was ok. It's 12:10, and no one has come to see if my coffee and waffle are okay. I finally had to get up from the table so I could order something to go and pay the bill. When I got off, the employees were on their cell phones. I left the place at 12:25 pm... After everything I was waiting for, when I asked the guy about the coffee, he did pay attention to me and...
