Hot Ice Heladería Gourmet — Restaurant in Distrito de Cusco

Great staff and excellent food :). This is my first visit to Cusco, and I found a fantastic little place called Hot Ice. I’ve been here twice now, and if I had more time I most certainly would come back again.

I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Not only do they have the tastiest deserts, but a wide variety of unusual flavors of ice cream.

Very close to Plaza de armas. We ordered Staciatella and a cheesecake. The cheesecake was mainly strawberry flavored jello and the cheese part was flavorless. Unfortunately the service wasn't great either, I initially ordered a ice cream cone and tried to switch it to a cup but they told me they will have to charge me as if it was another ice-cream just for the paper cup (9 soles). La mejor heladería por lejos que se puede encontrar en Cuzco. Es muy cómodo, los precios son justos y la estética que hay es bastante memorable a heladerías tradicionales que habrían existido años antes lo cual caracteriza totalmente este lugar. Es la segunda vez que visito el local para pedir un doble con canasto, únicamente pagando 14 soles te puedes llevar un rico helado de varios sabores, además, puedes comprar ricos pasteles, granizados y hasta variedades de cafés para compartir entre amigos o familia. La atención al cliente es sumamente agradable, siempre con una sonrisa y mucha paciencia a la hora de atender. Aún así, existe una observación por la cual no quise quitar una estrella ya que puede no ser el momento precisamente, pero la cajera parece tener siempre malas vibras, siendo su único trabajo recibir y devolver el dinero.
