Great views but besides that not great. The food was okay. The service was VERY bad. I had to go find the waitress 2 out of 3 times that I ordered. I ordered the pisco sour on happy hour which was supposed to be 2-4-1. About an hour after ordering my first drink I asked for the second (which I had to go find the waitress to do, when I was 1 of 3 tables there⊠so not busy at all) and she told me that the pisco sour she gave me wasnât on happy hour because it was âbiggerâ than the 1 on happy hour. She raised her voice at me and argued with me about it until I asked to speak to someone else. The bartender easily agreed that the second drink was on happy hour (as stated on the menu) and helped her put it in the system. It seems she made a mistake and tried to make it my problem. She then proceeded to have an attitude towards me the rest of the time I was there, which was uncomfortable. Would have been a 4 or 5 star review without the experience I had with...

This place is okay. Came on a rainy Sunday night and was one of two tables in the place. Service was fine, considering I was the only person in the place for most of my meal; I wasnât checked on but got everything in relatively good time. Tequeños were bad; barely any cheese, mostly breading. Anticuchos de corazon were over cooked and arrived cold, with a weird gamey taste, but the potatoes were good. Pisco sour was mediocre; way heavy on the pisco. Loud, loud heavy blaring Latin pop/rap. Overpriced because of the views, but slightly better prices than other places in the area. Views are lovely, but you can get âem for free down in the small...
Read moreTo get to this bar you need to walk up an incline and a bunch of stairs. For those of us not used to this altitude, you will cry. Is it worth it? YES it is worth it.
The views are spectacular as it's one of the highest roof top bars in the area. The food is great as well. We ordered pizza but the smell of lomo saltado was mouth watering. The drinks were delicious too.
The window seats were taken up by the time we got here in the early afternoon. As people filter in and out you should be able to at least go and take pictures by the window.
I think this would be gorgeous during the night and I'm itching to...
