Saria Sky Bar — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Al comienzo todo parecía perfecto, el ambiente era bonito y la vista muy agradable. Sin embargo, la atención fue pésima. Pedí una piña colada y nunca me la trajeron. Al momento de pagar, intentaron cobrarme 90 soles por una pizza que en la carta costaba 69 soles. Por suerte tenía el recibo y al reclamar lo corrigieron. Además, una tía tenía un descuento válido, pero nos dijeron que no se podía aplicar porque no lo mencionamos antes de ordenar. Solo después de insistir mucho lograron hacer el descuento.

En resumen, mala experiencia. El lugar se ve bonito, pero el servicio al cliente fue decepcionante. Si tienen otro rooftop en mente, vayan a ese mejor. When it was time to pay, they tried to charge me 90 soles for a pizza that was listed on the menu for 69 soles. Luckily, I kept the receipt and pointed it out, and they corrected it. Also, one of my aunts had a valid discount, but they refused to apply it because we hadn’t mentioned it before ordering. After a lot of back and forth, they finally applied it, but only because we insisted.

La música y el ambiente es bueno, sobre todo para conversar. No pudimos comer por la hora. Los tragos estaban buenos pero no estuvieron atentos a los detalles. El bed of roses llego sin la espuma del campari y el eres sirena llego sin la burbuja de romero, luego el mesero se acercó a colocar la burbuja pero no fue muy eficiente y yo ya habia empezado a tomar el trago. Como algo aparte cuando pedí si por favor podían volver su moscow mule un london mule el mesero se negó, lo cual puedo entender imagino por cuestiones de la carta, sin embargo, en otros bares y rooftops nunca han tenido problemas en hacer esa modificación (así sea con un cargo extra) y no es que no tuvieran disponibles diferentes tipos de gin para ello.
