Absolutely dreadful experience. I waited nearly an hour just to place my order, and then another hour for a simple breakfast of a waffle and omelette. The waffle arrived cold, and the omelette was just a plain fried egg folded in half – not the ham and cheese omelette I ordered. When I brought this to the waitress's attention, she was dismissive, tried to rush me to pay, and seemed completely unwilling to correct the order. I spent a total of three hours here for a simple breakfast, which is completely unacceptable. El día de ayer fui en la tarde para tomar lonche. El aire acondicionado estaba fuerte cuando afuera la temperatura estaba fría y garuaba. Pedimos 3 chocolates calientes, 1 pan com pavo y 2 panes con pollo bbq. Primero trajeron las bebidas pero por el aire acondicionado, se enfriaron super rápido. Esperamos como 40 minutos a que llegarán los panes, y cuando la mesera vino, trajo solo 2 de los 3. Le dijimos que se llevara los chocolates para que los caliente, que trajera azucar y servilletas porque no las habían puesto, y el pan faltante (que según ella había confirmado que era 1 pero yo pedí claramente 2). Ese último sandwich llegó en menos de 10 minutos. Las bebidas después de calentadas ya no sabían igual, el pan con pavo sabía solo a cebolla y limón.
