The visual appeal might lure you into this place but if you are looking for good coffee - avoid this place. Ordered a Quechua tea, veggie empanada and a long black coffee. The tea and the empanada was alright. But for a coffee place to not know what a ‘long black’ is shouldn’t be acceptable. Despite that we tried to explain to the staff as best as we could what we wanted, by showing cup sizes, indicating water level etc. They nodded and proceeded to bring us a giant americano coffee. They did replace the drink without charge, but instead of getting the coffee as requested, they brought an espresso shot and hot water on the side, asking us to add as much hot water as we needed. Turning back to the counter the two ladies mocked us about the situation and when my partner got up to get wifi, the mockingly asked ‘more hot water?’. A place that is mostly meant to cater to tourists and is quite expensive by Peruvian standards, they should hire staff with basic English skills, nothing to fancy. If you are coming for food, it might be a good place but definitely...

After spending a week here in Aguas Caliente trying different Cafes I would say Quechua's House is my favorite 😍 Highly recommend the Pancake $26 and cappuccino coffee $10

Strong coffee, delicious food, nice modern interior, super chill vibes with tons of COMFY chairs and fast service. Honestly there is nothing not to like. Located at the top of the path before the hot springs. I will return and highly recommend!

Love this place. We came in the evening for some hot chocolate, dessert, and an empanada.. We ate the passion fruit cheesecake and it was sooooo yummy. We came back today while we were waiting for our train and stayed for about 3 hours reading. I got a mango smoothie (yum), and husband got a coca mate. The crew didn't rush us or ask us to leave. The chairs were comfortable and it was nice to have a place to hang out when we had down time. Only reason it is 4 instead of 5* is it is a little pricier than other...
