Amici — Restaurant in Makati

Soooooo😡😡😡this happened Jan. 14, 2019 at 4:30pm.... I brought my dad to Bonchon Ayala Center Cebu because it was my favorite. We were enjoying our food and nearly finishing everything coz we had an exhaustible day running errands in cebu. When my dad had his last bite, he suddenly bit on something sharp and hard. He said he even NEARLY SWALLOWED that thing. His eyes widened when he saw what he had. It was a freakishly large-ish SCREW of a cooking ware!!! Imagine!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 A f** SCREW that he ate and nearly swallowed!!! I mean, WTH guys!!! Have some bloody decency to prepare your food cleanly!!! We felt disgusted after seeing what we saw and I asked my dad if he was hurt. Thank goodness he was not hurt. We told the waitress about it but didn’t make a scene(it’s not our nature to do that). The waitress was also shocked and told the manager about it. She politely told us that they were very sorry and would investigate on it!!! GOOD!!! 🤨🤨🤨 I was not showing my anger. I was just smiling...😡😡😡😡😡 They offered us another bowl in exchange. I told them that we are already full and don’t want anymore because we were already disgusted. But they insisted, so I told them that we would accept it as take-out. They offered us another complementery soft serve to quench our disgust... We just smiled to them and said thank you to avoid conflict.....

Now... my reason for posting this is for everyone to remain vigilant on how we prepare our food!!! I still love bonchon but this has to be reviewed and well dealt with...We pay for expensive prices and hoping to eat in awe and joy!!! Thanks for the time bonchon!!! I am not coming back until you change your...

Food is good. We ordered the Item Mozzarella Fritto which is very good and can be eating without the dipping sauce. The Margherita was also very good. I loved the Spaghetti Ai Tesori del Mare. Unlike some other branches I've been their menu does not have the combo with the chicken, pizza and pasta. Staff is very pushy about the discount card. One even pretended to come and take our dishes while we were still eating and was presenting me a receipt of how bill will be computed with the discount. This was after I have declined it twice. Next time it was offered was when I was buying Gelato. Come on 4 times saying no to the same person for the discount card. Not going back to this...
