NEVER BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We brought our dog (shih tzu mix) for grooming last January 29, 2023 and as our dog is being groomed, happily waiting and looking over the dogs in their play center area, the groomer called our attention and to our surprise, the ear of our dog was bleeding excessively. The groomer stated that he must have pulled out a scab from our dog's ear using the comb but we told the groomers that we comb our dog daily to ensure that his hair doesn't get tangled. We didn't concern ourselves too much as they have stopped the bleeding but it took them a while before the bleeding stopped as they advised to have put an ointment and our dog didn't seem to mind the pain too much as he was relaxed and happy go lucky. Fast forward today Feb 9, 2023, 11 days after the grooming and his wound looked so much better and we can check it more clearly now, we noticed something off about his ear. We tried comparing it to his other ear ( see 1st pic attached below ) and we finally noticed it seems the groomer clipped our dogs ear which most likely caused the bleeding ( see 2nd pic below ). His ear has a small flap having and inner and outer layer but upon checking the wound that part is no longer there. What most irritated us is that the groomer had the gall to put the blame on us saying that our dog might have scabs in his ear where in fact he didn't have a wound in the first place. TL;DR AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST BECAUSE THEIR STAFF ARE DISHONEST AND MIGHT LIE TO YOUR FACE WHENEVER AN INCIDENT MIGHT HAPPEN IN THEIR...
Read moreStaff are responsive to inquiries. They are open 24 hours and the night shift kuya is really amazing w dogs. You see this is my first time housing my furbabies in a playcare so we are worried to a lot of things but the staff messaged me every 30 min and followed all our instruction on how to care our doggies.
Ample space to roam around, isolation area for newbie is also good. They have their own treatos for dogs and water for drinking is also enough. My dogs who are very wary and other people fits right in after a couple of hours stay.
The only thing that needs to improve is the strong dog/animal smell but I know it will be hard to remove so it doesnt bother me as much as I thought it will Be the first time.
They also has rescued dogs and are up for adoption in case you are looking for furry companion. And these dogs are cute and trained well.
We spend 3k for 3 large dogs house in 7 hours stay. Payment is via cash, gcash or bank transfer. You have an option to avail number of hours playcare or avail to "hotel" them for number of days or weeks.
As far as my experience goes, I am happy and will avail their service again...

This was our first grooming at Puppy Playcare Center since April (their last month at SM Aura BGC before moving to this new location at The Olympia, Makati). I'm glad they retained their friendly staff!
We have been using their services (playcare and grooming) since they first opened and we can 100% recommend their services.
Our fluff ball always smells and looks good after a grooming session. Our fluff ball can be a bit bitey and aggressive, but the groomers are well trained to handle dogs like ours with care.
They are also easy to reach out to and are responsive when it comes to setting appointments or informing us when our doggo is done with his grooming.
PS Thrilled to be the first to post photos of their new place at Makati. It's really accessible location. Walk across from Ayala Triangle (Makati Ave) to The Olympia. Walk a bit into their courtyard and you are there at Puppy Playcare. While waiting for grooming to finish, we just hung out at Ayala Triangle, and also got some groceries...
