The burger is 190 and Ok as such. I find that I need to use the sauce to make it better than the a regular fast food burger.

They are in a position to be a drive through.

Having to wait 15min for the fries which don't add much to the dish and was not salted makes the dish lose very little. The fries with its slow process times limits the actual throughput of the kitchen. They would be better off with chips like subway. The inner foil cardboard box looked expensive. I'd rather invest on decent wrappers for the pita burgers so it can be eaten while driving than on the fries that don't add much value.

If they asked if the customer wants sauce would save them money for containers and the time it takes to pack them. They would just sauce up the pita burger. The sauce is what makes them stand out compared to fast food.

I could see many grab take out lining up and waiting. If they can optimize the output, having something in a minute after order would be really effective.

I was running late going to Mandaluyong and this was perfectly on the way. From Salcedo there was no decent drive through to Mandaluyong. This...

Wow. What a difference between the last time I came here and now. I remember this place as the Mecca of falafel and hummus in Manila. Well not anymore. I ordered: 2piece jachnun with eggs tomato sauce some spicy and tehini sauce. Hummus with falafel balls.

What I got was: Burnt and hard jachnun, not jachnun eggs regular eggs. Hummus thatโ€™s not nice and creamy and falafel balls that r still raw on the inside. I took a few bites of all and decided to take all out. They didnโ€™t put in my bag all the sauces of the jachnun so u need to eat a dried up jachnun and more upsetting was they only gave me 3/5 falafel balls left and no hummus as all!!!! I clearly had left more than half of hummus and falafel !!!! What the heck is that ???? I get back to my hotel at midnight I was hungry and saw so many items missing from the take out. Now is this an order from management ??? Or maybe someone was hungry!!!! I know one thing Iโ€™m pissed !!!!! I paid 1300php and they stole my food!!!! I expect from someone in that place to contact me and todo...

I have recently been in Saudi Arabia so i can rate this according to my taste palate and how they do the "Original Falafel and Shawarma" First off. Falafel there are different taste of Falafel but i rate yours as alright just Decent. There are different kinds of Falafel but i was shock to see a Cabbage in a Falafel but i think it's normal here in the Philippines. So i rate your Falafel 4/5. Tahini is good 5/5 legit tahini Secondly. I am very dissappointed on what you did on the Shawarma you practically butchered it. Shawarma. Does. Not. Have. Turmeric. I assumed the owner was indian but unfortunately he/she is an Israeli, i could taste the turmeric in there. Rules on Shawarma, Your Shawarma must have Garlic Sauce Number 1. Garlic Sauce. No turmeric. No other vegetables except fries. Shawarma must have a Chicken, Fries and Garlic Sauce that's it. No more than that. 1/5 Lastly. The customer service experience is great :) but you don't have a Customer feedback notes. Customer Service 5/5. Customer Feedback 1/5. Place...

They already have a new location...in front of Gramercy Tower beside Century City Mall....much,much better than what they had in AVenue. The quality of food is still the same, thank you Yahweh, however it seems that they left their condiment dispensers at the old location ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ the yoghurt and spicy sauce are now served in small plates, very small portions! How could you, Beni, how could you!!!! If in case you are not aware, Elijah does not scrimp on their condiments!!!! *************************************************** Nobody, as in nobody, does it better than Beni's...i will walk a hundred miles for whatever Beni's is serving...just make improvements on your airconditioning and try to arrange credit card payment

Iโ€™ve been a Beniโ€™s Falafel frequent customer since their former AVenue location years back until now. Their food taste and quality never changed. I personally like their bestseller which is the Beniโ€™s Falafel and Babaganush. My partner and Iโ€™s current favorite is the Shawarma Lafa. This is their 3rd location transfer so far, the challenge at the new location is parking though. You have to look for vacant street parking near the resto. Beni, the owner, is accommodating and friendly including his staff. PS: If you plan to dine-in at their al fresco area, beware of the street cats, they happen to beg for food and be aggressive sometimes according to their staff.
