I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bondi and Bourke, and it was a delightful experience. We ordered the seafood pasta, hummus, and Aussie steak pie, and each dish stood out in its own way.

Bondi & Burke is a comfortable restaurant with exceptional food. The space is relaxing and there is a separate room for larger groups. But the food is very delicious.

I started off with the Chicken Caesar Salad where the chicken was seasoned flawlessly complementing the salad. The opening dish grabbed my attention and the next dish arrived which were pita bread slices with four different dips. While the yogurt sauce and hummus were decent, the tabbouleh and babaganoush dips carried the dish.

Last but not least was the showstopping main course: Chicken Katsu Burger. A sesame-seed bun with fried chicken katsu and sliced lettuce and cabbage. Curry with potatoes were set aside and put to efficient use which gave me a new experience with chicken katsu. OVerall, eating a chicken katsu burger is just as good as the regular dish. I highly recommend this dish, just make sure to have a napkin nearby as it will get messy.

Bondi & Burke has won me over and has now become a new favorite restaurant of mine here in the Philippines. I look forward to coming again and again...
