Italianni's Restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience that left a lasting impression. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the restaurant's spacious and inviting ambiance. The warm and cozy interior design created a perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.

The food, however, was the true highlight of the evening. Italianni's culinary offerings were nothing short of spectacular. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Staff was inefficient and discriminatory — my mum and I went there today (May 21, 2022, around 15h30) in our so-called “pambahay” clothes (t-shirt and jean shorts) and were not given the due service they then gave to a group of “better-dressed” people who came much later. We tried flagging down servers to take our order but were blatantly ignored (servers and what looks like the manager refused eye contact even if we politely tried to get their attention). There wasn’t a lot of people by the time we got there but the servers opted to converge near the kitchen and talk amongst themselves instead of catering to their customers. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes for them to take our order before we decided it was best to leave (basically after seeing them treat the group as stated above differently from us).

I had been a regular customer of Italianni’s MOA branch (in my “pambahay” and all) and this was the first time I experienced this kind of treatment from Italianni’s. It broke my heart when my mum asked me later on if they refused us service because we weren’t dressed “properly.” Will definitely not recommend this branch. If I could rate it zero, I would.

This is one of the affiliated restaurants of the Bistro Group and has surprisingly authentic Italian dishes.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is great. There are tables which are ideal for couples, small families or groups. There is a bar right in front of the restaurant giving it a unique look.

Food: I really liked their lasagna. It was amazing. The flavor, the texture was good. It was cooked to the right temperature and melted within the mouth. However, the Cesar salad disappointed me. The lettuce didn't feel fresh. The chicken cacciatore was good too with rice. The texture was good. However, the sauce was too much cooked.

Drinks: The Daladan juice. It felt like it was diluted heavily. The mango and peach drink was excellent.

Serving: The serving was top notch. The server started with the bread. Explained to me how much time, I would require for my order. They forgot one important thing which is always asks for loyalty cards. The other Bistro Groups' restaurants, they ask for it every time. Overall, service was excellent.

To sum up, this is an affordable restaurant for quality food. If you are looking for a small birthday party (might be surprising) or similar, you should definitely try out this...
